As we approach the end of the year, Arya EHR stands proud as a pivotal player in healthcare, having successfully expanded its reach to five provinces. With over two million patient visits this year benefiting from our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, Arya has become an integral part of healthcare management, ensuring efficient and comprehensive patient care across diverse regions. This year’s achievements underscores our commitment to advancing accessibility and quality on a significant scale.
Let’s look back at this year Arya’s 2023 major feature releases:
Quarter 1 2023
In Q1, we launched the questionnaire feature revolutionizing engagement and healthcare data collection. With this functionality, physicians can seamlessly send tailored questionnaires to patients. Once completed, the system allows instant access to the results, empowering clinicians with real-time insights into patients’ health status. Additionally, physicians are able to turn the questionnaire answers into a note that can be added into the patient’s profile. Arya EHR’s questionnaire feature exemplifies our commitment to advancing patient-centric care and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare landscape.
Quarter 2 2023
In Q2, Arya introduced private invoicing, this functionality enables users to effortlessly create and track private invoices within Arya. Physicians can seamlessly manage their financial transactions, monitor payment statuses, and maintain a clear overview of invoicing details. Arya EHR’s private invoicing feature enhances the financial management aspect of health practices, contributing to a more organized workflow.
Quarter 3 2023
Arya’s ambient scribe was launched in Q3, integrating directly with Nabla AI. This groundbreaking feature prioritizes patient care by allowing healthcare professionals to efficiently see more patients while simultaneously completing detailed notes during the patient encounter. Ambient Scribe actively listening to patient interactions and transcribing comprehensive notes in real-time. This innovative technology alleviates the burden of manual note-taking, enabling physicians to focus entirely on their patients. By automating the documentation process, Arya EHR’s ambient Scribe not only enhances workflow efficiency but also enriches the overall quality of patient care, marking a significant leap forward in healthcare innovation.
Quarter 4 2023
To wrap up the year, in Q4, Arya released the patient dashboard, displaying patient count, results, referrals, tasks and eFax. The patient count gives physicians quick access to vital patient information. The unsigned results feature gives physicians insights to results waiting for review and approval. With the Referrals tab added to the dashboard, physicians can easily access how many referrals are pending for review. Additionally, physicians and MOAs are now able to see all the tasks for the day, including urgent tasks and overdue tasks. Helping physicians and MOAs prioritize which tasks need to be completed first. Lastly, with the eFax feature physicians and MOAs are able to see the count of faxes in the inbox and outbox and are able to see if there are any failed faxes.
2024 and on...
Arya is going to continue to innovate. In the first quarter of 2024, Arya is launching a reporting system, physicians are able to pull reports from Arya. The first version of the reporting system is able to pull data from all the patients and categorize data to their liking. For example, physicians are able to pull data on patients over the age of 50 who currently have COPD and have not been seen in the past 6 months.
